Vancouver, the west coast rain forest jewel of a city. Living in it is the best, and worst of all places.  When you own your home, you have to keep it up under the attack of the rain snow, heat and growth.   

The growth of plants is what you see in houses that have been left to age and look dirty. That is what we are doing here in maintenance companies - cleaning out the growth of the plants (green) and mold (grey and black colors).  You will see these colors on the siding, roofs, and walkways of your property.
